The hurdles are as well, while the future is clear.   Processing power, robustness, generalization and price are all tradeoffs hardware products that are future will need to equilibrium.   Contrary to the scalable and on-demand cloud along with other services applications enjoys, each hardware item will have onboard processing, sensorstechnology, along with other requirements that make their way into the product Price.   Sure that a GPU can be thrown into the BOM, but can the price be accepted by the market?   So processing of images and information could be expensive as 25, high performance computing at the edge is still in its nascent stages.

Invention is a beast.   It takes money.   It takes time, a fantastic team, and execution in more than twenty separate domains, many of which tend to be overlooked until it’s too late (certifications anyone?!) .   However, I’ve got some fantastic news. Hardware is back and it’s going to get really exciting.
You are probably thinking right now,  “I read about is how XR, ML, blockchain, and AI are ready to reevaluate the world” and that is exactly the point.   There are some amazing software technologies coming out, but this”new” software has hardware in its DNA.   Until recently, smart technology have largely been limited by their own access points: computers, tablet computers, smartphones, etc..   Going hardware inventions will become valuable and more and more integral as the port to get tomorrow’s applications. Hardware will capture the data through wearables, hearables, cameras and a growing number of sensors and will subsequently be leveraged because the sparks to interact.
Since the ecosystem of computation devices, link, and data evolve, the programs, tools and systems are obviously discovering more synergy and Reducing the obstacles of integration.    The line between What’s a hardware or software product will continue to blur.   The detector technology leading the way are cameras and microphones. If There’s a camera, there is a chance together with automobiles being the most notable example there is an AI pile behind it.    On the microphone/speaker side, Google Home the Smart Home urges Amazon Echo, and many others are ubiquitous and obvious.
