In response to a query posed by The Register through Twitter, the company’s former CTO CJ Silverio stated,”The main thing I wish to note is the way NPM’s statement is not an apology by [Isaac’s] particular criteria. His post about apologies is clear about the three things an apology must contain, and it seems that all three things were missing from this announcement. It said nothing. It went so far as to blame NPM’s customers for forcing them into the move”
