Some time back I wrote about that the Alexa Prize, a university contest where participating teams are creating socialbots focused on advancing personal computer to individual interaction. We are now in year two, heading into the last stretch for 2018 and I thought I’d give everyone an update.

To end a conversation, just say”Stop.” Then you’ll be prompted to provide a rating and opinions. It is simple to try multiple socialbots just by saying”Alexa, allow 's chat” again.
Teams are thinking about to make strides in regions such as knowledge acquisition, natural language understanding and generation, context modeling, common sense reasoning, and conversation planning big.

To be a part of this conversation, just say”Alexa let's talk” on any Alexa-enabled apparatus and start your own Alexa Prize journey. So far, customers have already logged thousands of hours of dialog with the eight socialbots offered.
