We always strive to construct products that fit seamlessly in your life, and make you feel”at ease”

When guests see”A Space for Being,” we ask them to place on those specially-made bands that catch how they respond to each room. Before their data is deleted in the group, each user receives a customized printout describing the space where they felt most”at ease.” Photo credit: Maremosso Studio.
These reactions are our bodies’ responses to our surroundings, whether it touch, listen or odor, taste. Designers look at these sensory inputs to evoke feelings in people. A scientific field of research that investigates the effect of encounters on human biology, neuroaesthetics, provides insight into which inputs evoke responses that are specific. It’s why your heartbeat may change when you touch specific fabrics and your energy level may shift based on the colors around you.

The display, constructed along with Muuto Design, Reddymade Architecture and the International Arts + Mind Lab is made up of three spaces supplied to seem like rooms in a home. There is more than meets the eye in the overall design experience.
